A renovation that reimagined three key spaces: the kitchen, powder room, and primary bathroom, through a shared design language rooted in restraint, material integrity, and quiet sophistication.
The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, defined by crisp custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a sculptural island that balances function with visual clarity. Light-toned finishes and streamlined detailing establish a calm foundation, while subtle contrasts in texture and hardware add depth without distraction. Designed for both daily living and effortless entertaining, the space prioritizes usability and enduring appeal.
In the powder room, the design becomes more intimate and expressive. Decorative wall finishes introduce pattern and softness, creating a moment of contrast within the overall palette. A floating vanity, sculptural basin, and warm metal fixtures elevate the room beyond utility, transforming it into a refined, memorable space for guests.
The primary bathroom continues the narrative with a focus on serenity and comfort. Soft stone surfaces, floating custom millwork, and brushed brass fixtures create a spa-like atmosphere grounded in simplicity. Frameless glass, integrated shower seating, and thoughtful lighting maintain openness while reinforcing a sense of calm and cohesion.
