This new construction project is a composition of contrast and control where bold material expression is balanced by restraint, precision, and continuity.
At its core, is defined by a consistent millwork language. Warm walnut cabinetry carries through the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms, creating a unifying thread that grounds each space. This continuity is paired with carefully selected stone surfaces, allowing moments of intensity and calm to coexist.
The kitchen is structured and architectural. Integrated appliances, framed storage, and layered lighting are composed with clarity, while a sculptural island in light stone introduces balance and openness. The result is a space that feels both anchored and effortless designed for everyday use while supporting gathering and entertaining.
This experience extends into the bar area, where functionality and display are equally considered. Open shelving, integrated refrigeration, and illuminated cabinetry create a more intimate, social setting, an extension of the kitchen that reinforces the project’s overall rhythm.
Bathrooms shift the expression while maintaining the same discipline. In secondary spaces, texture and tone are used to create depth and atmosphere through subtle variation. In contrast, the primary bathroom embraces a more dramatic approach, where large-format stone becomes the defining feature. The veining is treated as a compositional element, continuous, intentional, and architectural, transforming the space into a sculptural environment.
Throughout the project, every element is resolved with purpose. Materials are not layered for effect, but selected and placed with clarity, allowing each space to feel cohesive, deliberate, and enduring.
